Gain a foundational understanding of the digital editing landscape and the primary functions of various editing software, including DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Blender, and Unreal Engine 5. - Proficient Use of DaVinci Resolve. Develop skills in color grading, video editing, and audio post-production within DaVinci Resolve 19 to create high-quality video projects. - Understand and apply the principles of non-linear editing (NLE) effectively to organize and edit footage efficiently. - Learn to create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects. Master key animation techniques, such as key framing, compositing, and the use of effects and presets to enhance video content. - Explore texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce visually stunning 3D animations. - Real-Time Rendering with Unreal Engine 5. Understand the basics of virtual production, and visual effects compositing, design and real-time rendering in Unreal Engine. - Learn to create immersive environments and experiences, utilizing advanced lighting and material systems. - Integrating Various Tools and Workflows. Develop the ability to integrate workflows between DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Blender, and Unreal Engine 5 to streamline the production process. - Apply best practices for exporting and importing assets across different software packages. - Storytelling Through Editing. Understand the principles of storytelling and pacing in video editing. - Learn how to make creative editorial choices that enhance narrative structure and emotional impact. - Project Development and Collaboration on group projects to experience team workflows, communication
